About the customer
Rathore School is a specialist school in Newry, County Down, providing education for children and young people aged 3–19 with severe learning difficulties. The school offers a nurturing, inclusive and highly personalised learning environment designed to help every pupil thrive, develop independence and achieve their individual potential. Its provision spans early years, primary, secondary, multi-sensory, nurture and post-16 departments, with the curriculum adapted to pupils’ individual strengths, needs and learning styles and supported by a multidisciplinary therapy team.
The room
Aurora created an immersive learning environment for Rathore School, combining immersive projection with Wizefloor interactive technology. Designed around the needs of pupils with severe learning difficulties, the space provides a flexible setting for sensory exploration, communication, movement and curriculum-based learning.
